The Journal of Traditional Chinese and Acupuncture (JTCMA) is an online open-access journal publishing peer-reviewed articles with a primary focus on investigating evidence-informed traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture practices and education. The Journal is dedicated to publishing articles that connect science and tradition in Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion and various TCM modalities.

Under the sections of Research, Clinical Practice and Education, we encourage submissions of original research, literature reviews, commentary, expert opinions, and technique demonstrations and advancements. Multimedia is encouraged as a part of submissions (eg. video or photo).

We welcome submissions from students, educators, practitioners and research scientists from across Canada and internationally.

JTCMA is based out of the School of Health Sciences at the Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning, and is published by Humber Press.
